PRIVACY NOTICE
We collect contact details directly from attendance lists at our events on which individuals can indicate their desire to be placed on our mailing lists and from similar direct requests from individuals to be placed on our mailing lists. We do not obtain contact details from any other sources, nor do we pass on details of our contacts to other organisations. We will continuing sending out mailings to any individual whose consent we have received until that person tells us this is no longer their wish. In order to withdraw consent please contact either the secretary or the assistant to the secretary (mapliener@pliener.karoo.co.uk), either of whom can also be contacted with any queries with respect to our data policies and practices. Any non trivial change to our policies and practices will be notified to all on our mailing list.
